Tay big tae fail.

too big to fail What would I do if I were not afraid to fall?

Soar the skies, walk the ocean bed,  yes, these but metaphors for achieving heights.

Plinky would like to know whats too big to fall—well one would say the statue of liberty, jokes apart, this idiom actually describes a policy that certain companies are. They are so important to an economy that the govt. Has to intervene, if they threaten to fail. One could say it encourages risk taking.

So one would say it is about risk taking, well sometimes I ask myself”do I have the courage to the right thing when it matters ?”  the answer is sadly silence.  Maybe finding the right way to say it more than half the half the battle, after everyone has their own way of expressions.

Maybe one needs to pity those who are fearful of taking a pen, or a paintbrush or an instrument or a tool because they are afraid that someone has already done so better than they could. No, not pity sympathize let’s be honest most of us have been there sometime or the other.

At the end of the day criticism is just someone elses opinion. Even experts in their fields could be wrong. It is for us to choose believe some of it, none of it, or all of it, what we think is what counts.

I am like Margaret Atwood in surfacing,”it’s doors I am afraid of because Içan’t see through them, it’s the doors opening by itself in the wind I’m afraid of.”

beautiful post, I so agree. We hold ourselves back thinking of competition locking our true potential.
