faith

I am like  John Lennon “I believe in everything until it’s disproved. So I believe in fairies, the myths, dragons. It all exists, even if it’s in your mind. Who’s to say that dreams and nightmares aren’t as real as the here and now?”

Faith is Middle English feith, from Anglo-French feid, fei, for Latin fides akin to fidere i.e. to trust. It was first known to be used in the 13th century.

From what the Miriam-Webster dictionary defines faith is simply the synonym of belief.

But honestly faith is believing in something when commonsense tells you not to. Like Martin Luther King Jr. Shares it is taking the first step when you don’t see the whole staircase.

Faith can get lost in the pile of crap some of us call life. But faith can turn that pile of crap into a bed of seed filled manure that nourishes beautiful plants to spring forth from. Faith is a passionate intuition.
